wEEKLY CHECK INS - W/Video feedback

Your Nutrition will all be taken under control, with macronutrients set according to your own personal needs, and altered when needed.
Every week you will be kept accountable through a check in - you will log all your data for the week, alongside answering relevant questions - your coach will then send video feedback & changes for the next week.
Your training will run in 8 week blocks - we will work towards prioritising individual weak points & improving your strength using scientifically backed training principles.
You will be invited to join a private Facebook group where you will find daily content for members only - alongside this, support, motivation & a community feel that is rarely found with Online Based Coaching.
CONTEST PREP PEAK WEEK & POST SHOW PROTOCOLS
Your peak week and post show protocols will all be included in your coaching package, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible knowing exactly what will happen in the week prior and the week post show, as it's very easy to get lost at these stages!
FULL POSING, POSING TRUNKS & TAN ADVICE
Again, to make you feel as comfortable as possible, your coach will give help and advice with your posing, your posing trunks/bikini selection and tan advice for show day.

We pride ourselves on being there for you on show day, so we can make those accurate final adjustments and make sure you have plenty of support.
