Skype / Facebook Call to discuss your current & past training protocols and allow for me to gather some more data on yourself.
8 Week training block
Within 2 working days of the initial call you will receive your 8 Week Training Block, which will be customised to fit your current goals.
Alongside the Training Block you will receive my full coaching sheets - these will allow you to track your weigh ins, macros, training & any other data required.
follow up calls
Follow up Skype Calls are priced at 50% off the initial call cost. Ideally we have these at the end of your 8 Week Block. At the end of the call you will have a NEW 8 Week Block of Training.
