For me, this is the 2 golden rules of an off season and competition prep.I started probably weight training back in 2015 coming out of playing a high level in football, I needed something to keep me ticking and found the world of bodybuilding, I gave myself a target in 2015 to be on stage with the UKDFBA MPD 2017, and got to the British Finals. Got some amazing feedback from the judges but I knew what needed to be done! I needed more time needed to be patient and consistent going to the next target, which was 2019s season.in November I needed to get involved with a coach, and I knew Iv made the right decision after the research into coaches, people have asked me Why? Why do you need a coach after you did well? The answer was DID I WIN? I walked away feeling I could of looked and done a lot better. Invest in your passion! Your investing so much of your time training, food prepping ever day! Investing in with a coach is the easy bit, and having that honest eye looking on you will only help you 100%. Been with AJ now from end of November prepping for August and feel I’m now at my best ever! Confidence are high going into this competition, the best prep Iv done yet. In 4 weeks time
IM BACK!
