Hi AJ. I have another question for you. I asked you about refeed a few days ago. I will post a picture to see what stage I am in. I have been on a calorie deficit for 9 and a half weeks. At the moment my calories are in TD: c200 p160-170 f50. NOTD c150 p160-170 f50. For this period I have lost 4 kg. I still have strength in the gym and I'm progressing slightly with the weights. But at the moment I feel very flat. I want your opinion on whether to do a refeed and continue with the deficit or if I can just start with an excess calorie increase. Thanks.

Hey dude, You are a little flat but that’s very normal with dieting. If you’re progressing well and your performance is good, no need for the refeeds just yet. Keep pushing on until around 12-14 weeks.
