peoples thoughts on fats for refeed days? with the added increas of carbs for the day, say a 900g carb load is going to significantly increase daily fat totlas too. is it the case you just dont track the extra trace anount of fats from the extra carb sources or do you need tonmake sure they dont go above your current daily total. Will be having my first refeed this prep soom and eveb with low fat carb choices they all add up. any thoughts on this guys?
