Hey there AJ, I am getting deeper into my gaining phase and have begun to implement carbs in the Intra Workout time period. Wondering if you have any experience with Karbolyn and your thoughts on it vs HBCD. I have used a few samples of karbolyn I had on hand and enjoyed them, wondering what your thoughts are and if I should purchase a larger tuneofo karbolyn or go for a HBCD based product. Thanks

Agreed with Ben on this front. Karbolyn is very similar to HBCD.
Karbolyn is (homopolysaccharide derived from potato, rice and corn)
HBCD is dextrose formed.
So it depends WHICH you respond best to in terms of digestion, but I imagine with most people, they'd be very similar digestion rates.
In the grand scheme of things, there is little noticeable difference between the two.
With that said, it’s really a case of you finding what works best for you. For example, HBCD for some reason bloats me whilst I train. I’ve always preferred Vitargo in terms of digestion. I’ve never personally noticed any performance difference between any of the carb powders, including dextrose, maltodextrin and waxy maize starch.
What I have noticed, is I feel poo in the gym on most of them bar vitargo.
The other consideration is product quality. Make sure you source a good quality product.
