hey guys i eat lunch around 2 and start work at 9 on a thirsday i finish at 6 and i have a big lunch 100g quinioa and 100g potato two eggz and 100g of broccoli will i get the most impact from this by eating lunch at two or should i have waited till 3 ?

This really depends on what you mean by impact. Do you train in the evening on these days?
You will notice little difference in terms of digestion by moving the meal by 1 hour and it is highly unlikely that this meal will have a noticeable impact on performance if moved one hour. The only consideration I can see if hunger.
If you are hungry by 6, perhaps either move the meal, or include a small snack around 4. The contents of this will depend on your planned activity level beyond 4pm. E.g. if dormant, protein and fats or protein only. If you intend to exert yourself physically, tailor the carbohydrates to your needs.
