Good advice from Brendan. However, a lot of the ingredients taken are situation specific. Very lean - taking a GDA is a one way ticket to go hypo during fasted CV, you'll feel like trash and won't be able to perform or output as well as you would without, you don't need a GDA to clear glucose when you are already glucose depleted, hence why we take yohimbine if the goal is fat loss.
Yohimbine is cool to add if the goal is fat loss and you have never experienced any heart issues or anxiety issues either, I'd start with 0.2mg per KG if you do.
However, your most important tool is hydration, hydrate well, potentially with some added electrolytes, and you'll be good to go mate.

Black Coffe, yohimbine hcl, GDA, 2g l carnitine, and something that I don’t think many people ever use would be l citrulline. I like to use this upon waking to get blood and nutrients flowing In a 3-6g serving.
Thank you very much for the reply much appreciated, so EAAs, or a complete protein is not advised?
