if I have no carbs intra , whey shake immediately after then a hour later carbs and protein again do you think that’s to long to wait without having carbs post workout ?

That's not TOO long, most of my clients will wait around 35-45 minutes post workout to eat regardless, as this allows heart rate to come down to baseline, encourage more of a parasympathetic (relaxed) state, to improve digestion and uptake of the food we're about to eat :)
