Hello, fellas. I have a question about refeed. I am currently in the 9th week of my cut. I think a maximum of 2 weeks to continue with this cut. I'm thinking of doing a refeed. The purpose of this cut was to clear the subcutaneous fat. But not too much and to the point where I have visible abs. I have achieved this effect at the moment and I'm wondering if I should do a refeed and continue for 1 to 2 weeks with a cut. Or start gaining muscle mass.

So can I start gaining muscle mass right away? I don't think I'll stay in the cut anymore because I want to do a bigger season of gaining muscle mass. I watched a video of you, where you say that everyone should set a goal for how long to continue with the cut. I think I reached my goal at least for this stage. Thanks for the quick response.
Hey dude, with the length of this diet I really wouldn’t bother with a refeed. Unless your performance is really taking a hit, there is no need to add one in at this stage.
