Been a member for quite a while but this is my first post
I am currently 6 weeks out from my first ever powerlifting meet (hope I am not the minority here in this "bodybuilding" focus group)
I just made up my mind to not go through a harsh diet to drop weight to 66kg but stay in the 74kg group although its much more competitive

hey, Im more inclined to powerlifting than bodybuilding myself so you're not alone there. Your lifts look good to me sumo looks great, is there areason why your not dead stopping? id say maybe take your time between reps and brace for each rep like its a 1rm just to build a good habit and for specificity.
