Hi everyone, im a 22 y/o physque competotor from Ireland and new to the forum. Love all the content on here. I intend to compete in october in the RIBBF federation over here and im currently in week 1 - 39 weeks out. The plan is an improvement phase untill june, and then initatite a longer based prep to carry me through a possible 2-4 shows in autumn.
