Just wondered who uses this standalone, and how useful an addition it would be. What doses and when do you take it and any benefit to going for R-ALA?

i take 400mg ala 2 times a day before a big carb meal. in my opinion one of the best supps. keeps the muscles full. but stay away from higher doses when you are also natural. because it maybe cames to muscle wasting. also stay away from any form of berberine hcl. it definitly kills your gainz. i tested it on my own in 2014.
best natural gda:
1gram agmatin
300-400mg ala
250mcg chrom piclo
maybe 300mg bergenine
Do you use any form of gda?
I don’t use this at all and have not used with any of my clients buddy
