Hi all new to site wanting recommendation on a 4 day program current stats 33year old 5ft 11 180lb body looks like a fat whippet all fat round my waist above 20% body fat.been going to gym around 15 month slight change in arms other than that nothing weight pretty much stayed same program hopped like mad basically paralysis by analysis thinking is this right is that right every couple of weeks.Goal ultimately is the have a decent physique know where near stage standard not hardcore enough for that.any info would be great.sorry for the long post
