New member to the site, super excited To continue to improve my knowledge and learn a lot with nutrition, supplements and training.
I am running Push, Pull, Legs split.
My bench press numbers have been increasing over the past month, i have been bench pressing on both my push days, I was just wondering everyone’s thoughts on this and potential accessory movements that can complement the bench press to continue to increase my strength and numbers?
Wicked dude. I’d rotate in a flat dumbbell to be honest :)
