    Deloading

    in Training

    I’ve just finished 6 weeks of switching to low volume high intensity training which has really beaten me up, not so much in weights not increasing, but mood, anxiety up and sleep has been bad this week which some outside factors have contributed. What’s ur protocol When deloading on a lower volume?

    Generally doing 2 sets of 7-9 10-15 and about 10 working sets per body part.
