I have been on a cut since Feb, dropping around about 13 pounds so far, its going great!
However the past 2 weeks i have felt very fatigued, my lifts feel heavier and even my warm ups feel slightly heavier to. I was just wondering how you approach this. Is it due to the fact im dropping weight and sometimes it just feels heavy for a while? Am i just being a b*tch and need to fight through it 😂
Can you take deloads or a couple days off from the gym during a cut, just to rest the body as maybe my CNS is just stressed to the max?
