    Hamstring training.

    in Training

Hello. I have a question about hamstring training. In my gym there is only a lying Leg curl. In one of my workouts I do leg curl and RDL. In the other workout I do leg curl and hyper extension with weight. But I will replace smith Squat with free weight Squat. I don't want to overload my Lower back and for that I will change the hyper extension. And even without that, I don't feel it much in the hamstring. Can I do 4 sets of leg curl, but 2 sets are 8-10 reps as the first exercise. Then as a second hamstring exercise, should I do leg curl again, but with 12-15 rep range?

Hey dude, great question. I think the BEST option here is to go for 2 sets 1x8-10 1x12-15 at the beginning of the session and then go uni lateral at the end , staying on the lying curl.
