Hi everyone. This is my first post so go easy on me lol. I train four days a week and currently i use a bro split. I am thinking of changing to a upper lower. I have been training for a year now.
First time i ever designed my own plan so any help would be appreciated. Here is the intended work out for upper and lower A. Could I do more Arms?

Tri Rope pushdown 3x8-12
lateral raises side to front 3x8-12
