    My Upper/lower split. Opinions appreciated :)

    Hi! I'm 17 and have 2+ years of solid training under my belt. I've struggled most with sticking to a program, always chasing the most optimal program. This is my current split:


    UPPER A

    Incline Bench press 3x 5-8

    T-Bar row 3x 5-8

    OHP 3x 5-8

    Lat Pulldowns 2x 8-12

    Reverse fly 2x 15-20

    Lateral raise 2x 10-15

    Pec dec 2x 10-15


    LOWER A

    Back Squat 3x 5-8

    RDL 3x 8-12

    Bulgarian Split-squat 2x 10-15

    Leg curl 2x 10-15

    Seated calf raise 2x 10-15

    Decline crunch 2x 10-15

    Cable crunch 2x 10-15


    UPPER B

    Seated DB press 3x 8-12

    Bent over row 3x 8-12

    Incline DB press 3x 8-12

    Pull ups 2x 10-15

    Tricep pushdown 2x 10-15

    Barbell curls 2x 10-15

    Lateral raises 2x 15-20

    Pec dec 2x 10-15


    LOWER B

    Deadlift 3x 8-12

    Leg press 3x 8-12

    Leg curl 2x 10-15

    Leg extensions 2x 10-15

    Seated calf raise 2x 10-15

    Decline crunch 2x 10-15

    Cable crunch 2x 10-15


    Any suggestions and recommendations would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Dude this looks like a great programme for someone of your age and training experience!

    I'm on my second week right now. I'm also 2 weeks post competition. I'm progressing like crazy, breaking PR's massively every training sesh.(More food now obviously a huge factor) I'm now addicted to logbooking. I used to track before on an app, but it just isn't the same in my opinion. My goal right now is to run this program for as long as i can and see how far i can push myself. Motivation is higher than ever before.

    @taannkeeraku Fantastic!! Keep running it for a MINIMUM of 8 weeks before making any adjustments, but I'd say you're nailing it right now!! Keep it up dude, thanks for joining the site :-)
