I’ve had a bit of a back niggle a while now. Some days are better than others in terms of tightness and pain. My glutes and hamstrings are pretty tight, so that could be contributing to it.
The pain is nothing serious that I can’t train through and I’m seeing my Physio in the next day or two.
What would be more beneficial - rest till it’s healed up or should I run a deload? If a deload is a good alternative how would you structure a deload?
