Hello, everyone. I have a question about the training split. I am currently training PPL. I am at the end of a calorie deficit and I have a strong progress. I'm thinking of starting to gain muscle mass soon and I'm wondering if I should change the UL split. Or stay on PPL. I train naturally. 2 sets of exercise, with one top and one back off set. I consult vases because, I wonder if I should stay on this split or go to UL and progress on it? And after a while I will return to PPL. I hope you understood me. Greetings

Hey dude, So if you’re making progressions in a deficit on PPL , there is no huge rationale to go towards Upper Lower, your frequency will go up and potentially this will be too much for your recovery systems to handle. I’d say stick with PPL And ride out progressions for as long as possible
