Hey, Trying to build upper lower setup. Saw AJ's PPL spreadsheet but i think i should go for U/L first (member of Trainedbyjp also)
Chest Compound 5-9 / 10-15
Shoulder Compound 5-9 / 10-15
Tricep Compound 5-9 / 10-15
Pulldown 5-9 / 10-15
Row 5-9 / 10-15
Rear Delt 8-10 / 12-15
Side Delt 1x 12-15 RP RP
Bi 8-10 /12-15
Tri 8-10 / 12-15
So ill have 3 rotations, do u think its better load all push and pull movements on that rep range or is that too much heavy loading per sesion? Or have them alternating session by session as "heavy push light pull, heavy pull light push"?
Hey Samir! Nice set up here, I like it. I would definitely go for a heavy/light set up, otherwise your progress will stall FAST.
