My name is Bradley Dodd, from the South West of England in Torquay, Devon. I spend most of time very active on my feet during the day as a Sports Coach working with adults with disabilities and work in supportive living 1-1 so i have quite a busy a busy schedule across the week fitting in everything around training, diet, nutrition and sleep.
This will be my very first debut competitive natural bodybuilding season as a Junior/Adult ( 22 years old now ) Started actual contest diet prep back in December 2018 at 93kg/205lbs and right now Monday 1st April 2019 I'm currently 79.4kg/175lbs, so far i've lost 30lbs of my body weight so far. I personally have a good 22/18lbs more to trim off before stepping on stage in August/September time which i'm planning on doing UKDBFA Southern and NPA both natural shows one in juniors and one in novices/lightweight class so i'll be 19 & 20 weeks out 10th & 18th, 2019. I will try and document my progress on here at least once every two or a week. I'm fairly active on Instagram if you'd like to see my progress.. i'm called 'thegrenadianphysique'.
Training is a 5 day split across the week with 2 lower body sessions and 3 Upper body sessions which consists of Push, Pull so I normally train one of them sessions twice a week and just rotate. Training is my main focus right now. Thursdays and Sundays I fully take as rest days.
