Whats up everybody hope you are all well, first off thanks to AJ for creating & always putting out good content, I came to AJ in late April of this year wanting to compete as a bodybuilder but I need way more size and I am in no rush, been training for just over 2 years and eating right for almost too started off with the old "bro" ways of thinking but the more mistakes I made the more I learned, since working with AJ I have gained strength and size and I am in love with the process, excited to follow a long with all of your progress! Stay ticking boxes guys!

What up everybody! Hope you all are well just finished my last session of the week (upper) checked in with AJ and waiting for his feedback tomorrow morning! just thought I'd share how I been capping off dem macros for the past few months I'd say:
100g of oats, Almond butter (10-20g depending on my meals prior) 2 whole eggs and 100g of asparagus, a bit lighter on the protein and higher on the fats than my other meals but it helps me sleep like a baby, plus I train in the mornings I noticed a difference eating like this pre bed energy in the gym is so much higher! I usually keep my meals very similar (I like keeping shit simple and sticking to the basics) but if it works why change it plus I enjoy it and prefer whole foods over the pop tarts and oreos any day! I hope you guys all had a good week and are smashing it and getting shit done!
