Hey guys, little bit of background first. I am a 28 year old Natural Bodybuilder from Glasgow. I have competed with the BNBF for 3 seasons now, managing to pick up 2 x 3rd place, a 2nd and a 1st place finish along the way. My last competition was earlier in the summer and have since started an off-season phase, with a bit of guidance from AJ.
My stage weight on my last show was 159lbs and have increased to 170lbs over the first 10 weeks post-contest. My macros are sitting at around 460C, 60F & 215P and finally comfortable with the levels of food being consumed. (They haven't increased much I'm just not as ravenous as 4 weeks ago).
Anyway, I have a very short window of opportunity to make some serious progress before I begin my prep-phase for the 2018 season so i need to make every session count. I also have the slight hurdle of having a wedding and honeymoon right in the middle as well!
I’m not usually great with keeping up to date with this kind of thing, but going to make a strong effort to update this tread on a weekly basis…..
Hopefully the final post, I will have a Scottish title in my hand!

Thanks for the comments guys... Into the second week of my new training block today. Back to some decent progression, even with the crap sleep over the past few nights. These are the ones that really make the difference, the sessions where it would be easy to put-off or make excuses for why you don't perform. Headphones in, zone out and get it done!
