Hey guys! I'm planning on posting here regularly for the rest of my prep :)
So getting to know my history in the fitness game, I basically started training to get bigger and better for american football, went from a whopping 150 to 190 in 4 months or so, got strong as hell, but very chubs! Anyways, as highschool went on I eventually got an opportunity to play College football for a very good team, this went down the drain after the 2nd game as I tore my ACL/MCL/Meniscus, and ended my football career ( its on youtube if you want to watch me blow my knee out )
After that incident I was stuck at a cross-road, what was I going to do with my life, I then realized how much I LOVED to train, and opted on Bodybuilding for my new passion. Like most I started as a "bro" but slowly became more "evidence based".
And that's where we are now, 8-10-13 weeks out :)

Bodyweight- 161.4lbs
Training today- Went well, adjusting to the new program that AJ set up for me, and really enjoying it (Pull Day A today)
Misc- Feeling pumped up to dig a bit for the remainder of prep, super happy I decided to hire AJ as my prep coach, hes a blunt man, but an honest man ;)
