currently on a cut as some of you may know. I was just wondering what intra workouts you use that are beneficial? And also any partiulcar supplementatiom that can give me an extra boost/advantage. Obviously i understand deficit is the main key on a cut but im willing to go that extra percentage using the right intras and supplements. Just wondering whats the go to?

I'd recommend an EAA powder and a simple electrolyte hydration powder. Prioritise carbs in food form pre and post. Can't go too far wrong, however other members may provide a more in depth answer.
